Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any product please get in touch with us immediately sales@certifiedpaintball.com We will explain what to do with your product. We will not accept delivery of any items if you have not notified us first in advance. Items returned to us will be charged a restocking fee of 25% .
Shipping
Items will ship as soon as possible. Any major disruption in supply and we will contact you. As we have a Retail Store location, it is possible on occassion that we might temporarily be unable to ship your product because of prior sale. We normally ship with in 3 days for in stock items.
Location
Our Retail Store location is now at 637 West Main Street, Ottawa, Illinois 61350. We operate a walk in brick and mortar store and are open 7 days a week. We Have been in the Paintball Pro Shop Business since 2004 and operated a playing field previously. You are always welcome to visit our store. Special appointments are available. |
